I am sending an email to Lin on Communication Metrics web site that shows how to accomplish an effective "paperless office" by adding intelligence to information and delivering it via Internet.

Some experts call this a "virtual office" a "data repository," and so on, but the basic idea is to improve understanding and follow up while reducing the cost of documents and email. Better "understanding" is a big part of communication. IBM, Microsoft, indeed nobody else has accomplished this objective. You can see for yourself, whether the Welch method has reached this goal, and so supports a film on a better way to communicate.
