Another example is Pac Bell's announcement reported on 980417 of $2.2B capital
spending program for 1998 on phone lines largely for Internet support.  The CBS
News 60 Minutes broadcast on 980412 had a program segment about Information
Overload that invites analysis of Grove's explanation of "New Realities" and
"Strategic Inflection Points" in relation to Pac Bell's efforts to build the
