Here is a

issued by the government last week showing Communication
Metrics achieved ROI of 10:1. Evidence of substantial savings is welcome news
for project managers burdened by a changing business environment. Of course,
like cost and schedule control when they were introduced, there is work to
overcome cultural wariness. Is there a way to bring these cost savings to
Caltrans?
