Thanks for your call today asking about SDS. Experience in 1988 on the Broadwater Dam project helped advance ideas on using technology to aid management. In 1995 Communication Metrics was formulated to complement cost and schedule control, leading to publication of POIMS that explains how SDS technology aids management. In 1997 the US Army Corps of Engineers published several studies on using SDS for Com Metrics.
