Meeting/Phone Call Follow Up on SDS, Com Metrics

Dear Michael,

Thanks for your letter today about meeting at the up coming KM event, and continuing discussions on SDS and Communication Metrics. I will not be attending, but look forward to further discussions with you. In the meantime, here is a recent letter on improvements to SDS.

The letter is to Gary Johnson, who has been contributing occasionally to the OHS/DKR efforts, and has taken an interest in SDS. He is a contract employee with Boeing working on the International Space Station Software project, and so brings important perspective to the task of making software that makes management effective, i.e., saves time and money.

Would be interesting to see any feedback you develop from the John's KM event, along the lines of the record for a prior event that John put together on December 17, 1999.
