Dear Amit,

This responds to your letter asking for assistance configuring a Toshiba Teccra notebook computer using the Windows 2000 operating system. As you note in your letter, another person asked about this problem, which we encountered on May 24, 2000 configuring our Tochiba Teccra notebook computer.
