All is well, except for the civic responsibility of jury duty and a forever case...

I will attempt to get to this over the next couple of weeks. The more I sit in meetings and attempt to catch up from being out, the lack of written notes and the heavy reliance on the memory of other's verbal exchanges show a real need for your approach. And the demonstration of not getting the things to you on a timely basis that I promised, also shows a need for a better "way".
