Thanks for your call today. Pleased to hear you have been discussing SDS and POIMS with colleagues. Sounds like have you have done interesting work in the KM area, including applying methods from experts like Covey for personal time management, and enhancing use of the Palm Pilot.

Your analysis of losses due to poor communication is particularly on point for understanding added value of SDS and Com Metrics. I look forward to getting your letter toward the end of next week with ideas on moving forward.
