Rod,
[Responding to your letter on April 27, 2000 asking about me sponsoring a meeting at Intel facilities with LANL the week of May 21...] I am scheduled to be in Israel the week of May 21-26. There is a major schedule review/project start that week.
I have less flexibility in hosting meetings at Intel than I had at Chips [cited in your letter on April 27] Intel does not want to give the impression of endorsing something due to the deep pocket litigation that can arise. On the other hand, many things can be done if I look for a way.
