Rod,
Thanks for your kind words in your letter on April 25, 2000. As you know, I am having too much fun and making too much money at Intel.
Teri and I have talked about another start up, and at this point in my life, she wants me to slow down, and spend more time with her. The Retire word even comes up on a regular basis. (That doesn't mean changing one job at Intel for another one doing SDS). I have filled my life with many causes/hobbies (School, scouts, church, family), and there isn't the time I had 15 years ago when I was a single parent, or just starting out.
I understand you passion for SDS, and the challenge you have convincing others to adopt your business methods. Sometimes, I feel I frustrate you, and at other times, I feel I am helping. You should learn programming (Should have done it 5 years ago), and then you could be a power. A business needs capital, skills, manufacturing, products, and channels. You have skills, but need to work on the other areas also.
keep smiling,
Sincerely,
Cable Network Operation
Morris
