Have tried memturbo on a system with 392M RAM and it takes about 1 second to run, which indicates not much is occurring. Is this what is expected?

Second, I am mostly interested in recovering fragmented RAM for a DOS application running under W2K in NTVD. I use this app all day 24 7 and so have to open new sessions regularly because RAM get fragmented. Does Memturbo recover, i.e., defragment RAM for DOS apps?
