Dear Larry,
On October 6, we received in the mail subject warranty consisting of 20 pages, including the front and back cover. The print is small and hard to read. There was no transmittal letter from S&C Ford indicating the source of the document, nor relating it to the record. Page 12 shows handwritten information on Customer, Vehicle and Tire Identification. So, this appears to be the warranty for work performed under the invoice for May 7, which we have been discussing. Thanks very much for addressing this action item.
The warranty on page 12 indicates that tire serial numbers and a certification stamp are required by the vendor to verify entitlement under the warranty. Page 11 says the vendor is to submit Tire Registration to Firestone. This information is missing from the record.
We realize S&C Ford, and you in particular, have been put to extra effort and expense to finalize this transaction. The missing information, however, seems material to the transaction, and so we request that S&C Ford submit the missing information. If any of this information is not needed, please submit a letter explaining the circumstances.
