Dear Stephanie,

This confirms our call today that Ram Electronics is shipping 2 each terminators part M8570-ID50MA in accordance with Thomas Steves' letter dated October 19, 2001, under RMA #SD-102301 to replace 2 each terminators part APT-32003AXL purchased on Ram invoice 0010123-IN dated October 15, 2001, and Confirmation, XID: 2191511 dated October 13, 2001.

This will correct an error in the Exabyte manual that specified an external terminator for an internal SCSI cable configuration.

The incorrect terminators will be shipped to Ram Electronics using the box received from Ram Electronics with the replacement parts.
