Dear Eric,

Thanks for assembly and configuration of our computer yesterday. Your skill and initiative solving problems was very helpful. There are only a few issues that need attention to complete the job.

Please let me know your thoughts on how the OEM version of Windows 2000 can be converted to qualify for Microsoft support. You can see there are several Action Items that require follow up; so, we need support from Microsoft. It would be great if MCE can help too. Your ideas for solving pending matters are appreciated, but we do not want to burden MCE with a lot of small details.

The Intel board is warranted for 3 years. In this case the ASUS board failed within a 14 months. Who do we contact about warranty matters on MCE's work, in the event of untimely difficulties?

So far, everything is working pretty well.
