As our luck has it, Ross was out yesterday. I talked to my manager last night and he said to have us redue the partition. I told him that I was for it but I want to make sure that there wasn't a reason for the way Ross did partition it.
Like I had said to you on the phone yesterday, I am not familiar with partitioning the hard drive. I know that in the configuration comments that the computer was having trouble recognizing the cd-rom. This might mean nothing towards what we were trying to accomplish.
I do have my manager involved with communicating to Ross's manager. I will keep you informed once my manager gets back with me.
The partion magic was not sent out or charged to you. We will exchange your modem with the combo modem. Thanks.
