- Summary/Objective
-
- Followed up work at ref SDS 14 line 54, ref SDS 10 line 40.
-
- Developed an idea to apply SDS links in HTML by using a sequencial
- anchor identification system based on file line numbers.
-
- [On 971117 decided to use an actual "anchor" id system, rather
- than the sequential line number method, ref SDS 15 3991.]

-
- Follow up ref SDS 14 4352.
- ..
- Morris came up with the idea of entering named links every 5 or
- 10 lines in a record, then convert the line numbers in SDS reference
- tags to a multiple of 10 or 5.

- than the sequential line number method, ref SDS 15 3991.]
- ..
- Morris installed the latest Microsoft Explorer, Web browser on
- his computer. He had just received a CD.
-
- This new program, MS Explorer, is changing the filename extension on
- HTML attached files I am sending as email through Eurdora Pro, from
- HTM to TXT, so he cannot directly open the file the test HTM file I
- sent on Thursday, ref SDS 11 013245. We tried several times and got
- the same result everytime.
-
- [See report from Dave Vannier that he was able to read the file
- okay, ref SDS 16 0637.]
-
- [Later I tried sending the file prepared by Internet Explorer,
- instead of Netscape, and Morris reported he was able to read it
- in his Internet Explorer program and use
- the internal links.
