081201 - Mary Lou said GWU still has not reviewed our proposal, per our
081202 - discussion on 951120, ref SDS 13 0001, because their computer system
081203 - has been totally turned over.  The data base software program they
081204 - were using is being created by another vendor due to a dispute with
081205 - their current vendor.  As a result the Welch proposal on Communication
081206 - Metrics has not yet been "in-put" into the data base, so it is not
081207 - available for others to review.  Scheduling would not start for this
081208 - course until next October.  Mary Lou said that if the computer system
081209 - is not up and running within the next two weeks, she will generate
081210 - distribution of the Communication Metrics proposal by conventional
081211 - paper copies, so review can occur.
