040508 - The discussion this evening was on City of SF politics.  The aim
040509 - seemed to be to find a rallying cause to fix the problems City
040510 - government.  One panel member worked for the City and reported that a
040511 - major problem is that a lot of the managers who work for the City are
040512 - relatives of political leaders who only work half days.
