071201 - I indicated that Sarah and Walt have worked very hard on the
071202 - Broadwater matter, including a lot of overtime.  They have had to
071203 - shoulder, for the Department, a very difficult contract management
071204 - situation caused by Tudor and Voith.  However, there will be even more
071205 - work to do in the weeks ahead.

071207 - While I have been a little disappointed that some of the background is
071208 - not fully assembled (which is normal), generally I find support for
071209 - the Department's positions, certainly more so than for Tudor and
