330940 -    5.  I am loving being so close to work, but I hate landlords!  They
330941 -        are so damn cheap!  The Laundromat at our complex rinses your
330942 -        clothes for a grand total of 30 seconds! That's not enough to
330943 -        rinse your clothes. Not to mention that it is expensive and
330944 -        inconvenient not having it in the apt. The bath tub overfill
330945 -        drain in the tubs on the second floor doesn't go into the
330946 -        drain, but into an open space in the ceiling! Can you
330947 -        imagine.!? So, if someone overfills their bathtub it comes down
330948 -        in to your apt. through the ceiling light and fan! I pay $1400
