041315 -    4.  I was hiking and took the cell phone.  Got a call from Peggy,
041316 -        but reception was bad, so she called this evening and we had a
041317 -        nice chat.  She is enjoying the 3 books that Millie loved the
041318 -        past few months.  Peggy tried to get them at the library and
041319 -        was told she was #200 in the wait list, so she bit the bullet

041326 -    5.  Yesterday, got a call from Mary Stanislawski (spelling??), who

041328 -        Saturday.  Mary was married to Charlie, who was your mom's boss

041330 -        manager, a first for women in those days, cited in memoriam.

041332 -        her call yesterday remembering good times, and what a privilege

041336 -    6.  The family has received letters from two care givers at UCSF,

041344 -        Stucky, who your mom may have mentioned was her nemesis at the
041345 -        office for many years, because Mary was jealous of Millie's
041346 -        high regard among the partners and staff.  Yet, in the past few
041347 -        years as Mary realized your mom was winning a much bigger
041348 -        battle than mere office politics, Mary became a sincere and
041349 -        appreciative supporter.  So, I suspect Mary's letter addressed
041350 -        to the Millie Buck Family is a condolence letter.

041353 -    8.  Kim sent a letter the other day scheduling a visit with you and

041357 -        what to do.  Of course the family is welcome to take anything
