170923 - the mountain. On reaching Cougar's cave, Millie decided to go for
170924 - Deer Flat. She warned this is a much tougher climb, because the trail
170925 - beyond Cougar's Cave is very steep continuously for another 1.5 miles,

170929 - Millie hiked the trail very slowly, monitoring her pulse to maintain a
170930 - safe range. Despite going slow, she never stopped. We arrived at

170938 - We stayed at Deer Flat only for about 5 or 10 minutes before starting

170943 - Coming down, the trail is so steep, that care and attention are needed
