090922 -    1.  Sherry used an instrument of some kind to examine the eyes.  It
090923 -        is hand held with a thin cable connected to equipment.  There
090924 -        is no sensation of light penetrating the eye, as with prior
090925 -        tests, so it may have used wave lengths outside visible light.
090926 -        There no awareness of anyhing occurring with this test.

090929 -    2.  Patient has one eye covered, and looks into instrumentation.
090930 -        When lights flash at various locations on a background, the
090931 -        patient clicks a recording device.  Each eye is tested for
090932 -        about 4 minutes with perhaps 50 or so flashes of varying

090940 - Sherry said the test did not seem to demonstrate a problem with
090941 - peripheral vision.  Results will be reported to the doctor when she

090943 - the doctor will make a determination for glaucoma.
