conducted by our Claims Department has concluded that you were
principally at fault for rear-ending the vehicle ahead. Our
investigation may include, as necessary, the review of our insured's
own statements to us or to others, the statements of other parties or
witnesses, any available police reports, the damage to the vehicles
or other objects, roadway characteristics, and the occasional
consultation with outside adjusters or experts.

our investigation, we do not intend to pursue recovery of your
deductible or our expenses from any other party. However, our
decision does not preclude you from pursuing recovery of your
deductible, or any other losses and expenses, from other persons or
entities. If you wish to pursue such recovery it is your
responsibility to do so. If we can assist you with information or
documentation from our file, please let me know.
