received in the mail the packet you sent confirming the meeting at Stanford
Med Center on Oct 19 at 0130p, and also a document Your First
Appointment, which lists medical records Stanford needs to make a review
for a 2nd opinion.

Rod and I were at Kaiser yesterday for my chemo treatment, and we visited
the Business office. I signed an
authorization
for transfer of records to
Stanford, as shown in the record.

The attendant
attached a list setting the scope of the transfer
which seems to conform to your check list.

Please be sure Doctor Guardino has reviewed

on my current
condition, cited in the letter requesting a 2nd opinion. Those studies are
linked to pathology reports and CA 15-3 history that expedite review...
