We spoke to Michelle this afternoon, and she has scheduled a meeting with
Doctor Guardino on Oct 19 OA 1330. Michelle has forwarded to Doctor Guardino
the letter on Oct 2 that lists
two (2) case studies
on my medical history
working with Kaiser, which was submitted previously to Stanford Medical Center
on Oct 2, in order for Doctor Guardino to prepare for the meeting on Oct 19.
