Lease Agreement 2 Year Extension
Warranty and Invoice Replace Water Heater
Dear Gerry,
As we discussed a few weeks ago on Feb 23, enclosed are warranty and
invoice for the water heater that was replaced on 4 Feb 2011. The original of
the warranty and product manual are stored in the utility closet along with
documentation on the furnace.

Still have not received the new lease agreement. Rent comes due in about 2
weeks. Would like to have everything signed by then, if possible.
