Dear Mr Tilkin:
.. Last Friday on February 3, I received in the mail a copy of ACI's letter
dated January 26th, and on behalf of CTTOA alleging CC&R violations at subject
property.

This confirms my call to you on Wednesday, February 8th,
explaining trash receptacles at unit #103 are returned to the
garage out of view after pick-up on Mondays, as required by
CC&Rs. I asked if there might have been a mistake somehow in
CTTOA records saying trash receptacles for unit #103 were in
view 3 days later on Thursday, January 19th.

In our discussion (see
attached record),
you recalled taking
photographs for inspection on January 19th, but advised that
pictures of unit #103 are lost or misplaced. You further said
that reporting violation of CC&Rs for unit #103 may have been
mistaken. I appreciated your courtesy saying that formal
response is not required to clear CTTOA complaint dated January
26th.

I notified the owner of unit #103 of these understandings.

Yesterday, however, I received in the mail a second letter
postmarked a week later on February 6th, and filing the
same complaint, dated January 26th.
..
As a result, I feel CTTOA should be assurred that Millie and I
have for 17 years always returned trash receptacles on Monday
after pick-up. We have appreciated ACI excellent care and
service that makes the Cowell Terrace community an inspiring
living experience. Keep up the good work.
