Technical Exchange Meetings Prepare Record
Dear Rod,
Outlook keeps resetting the properties to Rich text. I tried to
resend it, but apparently didn’t work.
..
I saved the PowerPoint file (PPT_File.ppt) as an outline in RTF
(PPT_File.rtf).
..
I opened the RTF in Word, and saved the file as MSDOS text
without line breaks (PPT_Outl.txt).
..
I ran a Perl script (fmt_ppt_01.pl) developed for the purpose
to create an SDS OF (not wrapped yet) (sds_Outl.txt), which
imports into SDS using g sds_Outl.txt with no problem.
..
