Subject:   HTML Conversion of SDS Records 070405

Dear Rod,

That seemed to correct most of the issues.
..
Of course, I now have some new ones, but ...
  1. Conversion to HTML no longer works. I haven't done this in some time, but I try to create an HTML record and I get (I think) a bad command. In any case there is no new directory created for today and no file. I created a couple records on creative thinking that I wanted to publish.
    ..
  2. I am trying to move some of the SI entries I have in the Initial Setup section to the new FCS Project. To do that I do a search on the current SI entry and change the subject to the new one. I am getting an error screen:
    ..
Diary record shown below was NOT found!
    ..
This can occur if someone deletes a Control Field line and does not UPDATE the record with F1 F6. Or a highlight flag may have been used on a Control Field. Try to open the record and update it with F1 F6 after removing any highlight flags on Control Fields. If there is no record, try to RESTORE it from a BACKUP. If you decide the record does not exist, use Alt F6 to open the pointer file for it and delete the Control Fields. Then run your Query specification again.

Pointer: d: sd 08 GLJDY 04 03 15 -------------------------------- Alt F6 Delete SDS diary record and pointer file entries Open diary record F7 Open diary pointer file ESC = Quit from this message F3 print this message.
..
The record opens just fine using Enter, and the subject in the record appears to be fine, so I don't know what is going on. I have gotten this on 2 different subjects now. I am hoping there is a better way to move subjects, but I can't even get this one to work.
..
I have other changes to be made to the SI that I would like to discuss.
..
Thanks,
..
Sincerely,

Garold L. Johnson
