Subject: | SDS supports Network Bookkeeping |
Dear Dan,
The explanation in your letter on August 4, was a big help. Specific scenarios where network bookkeeping can be applied would clairfy further how well Communication Metrics fits your objectives. Your idea to integrate quality and accountability suggests a model of combining systems to
allocate credit, and to earn credit, i.e., Network Bookkeeping and Communication Metrics may comprise an effective Binary Unit. Careful thinking is needed to formulate processes that make it a little easier for people to develop useful account structures for managing context. Your experience with pattern language, and accounting structures would be helpful applying these tools to Communication Metrics.Sincerely,
THE WELCH COMPANY
