Communication Metrics Balancing Risks and Advantages |

The new release of Microsoft Office 2000 has features to enhance Internet access for better communication, but pose new security risks for the Enterprise Management model, which you raised on July 16.
An article in Micro Times discusses the need to balance risks and advantages. It reflects your Phase I Final report to NSF on coping with inherent binary structures that are common in nature. The article provides resources for further research.
