Have you had a chance to follow up with Dutra, as we discussed on April 19?
Last month, I think you got a copy of a proposal to the National Science Foundation for continuing work on Communication Metrics. I wondered if you have reviewed it, and could comment on whether it reflects your experience interacting with this new process? If successful, it will require rounding up commercial partners to support Phase II. Research might be a path for helping people engage these ideas.
