TEMPORARY NOTICE: Downloadable HTML based forms for the FY 1999, NSF SBIR and STTR submissions will be available before the start of the National SBIR Conference in Washington, DC on 9 April, 1999. These forms will appear on this web site, at this address -- bookmark it and come back at that time to get them. This should not hamper your technical proposal development and the small delay will allow NSF to improve and prepare forms with which it will be easier for you to work and submit electronically via the Internet (required this year).
