Dear Matthew,

On Nov 16, we received a check in the amount of $950 dated Nov 11, 1998, per our telecon on Nov 13, 1998. Today we received the first check for $950 dated Oct 9, 1998, per our telecon on Oct 20.

Please let me know if we should cash this second check for payment against the amount AAA owes, and also submit AAA's progress on making payment for the balance of arbitrition fees, as related in my letter on Oct 28, 1998. In our discussion on Nov 13, you planned to write a letter to the parties showing understandings from your telephone calls on their schedule for making payment. Please submit a copy of your letters to the parties showing AAA's progress in this matter.
