of $300 requested in your letter on Nov 4, ref a.  As
before, we have not received payment of $950, also, requested in your Nov
letter.




Please advise status of $950 check, and advise progress on AAA's payment for
outstanding balance of arbitrition fees, as related in

my letter on Oct 28, 1998.
