Dear Sir,


I have formally requested from our NYC AAA office that the first check for
$950.00 be cancelled, and another $950.00 check be reissued.




I have also requested a refund of your Panel Maintenance Fee ($300.00).




The funds may be combined as one new check.




That's the only update I have right now, unfortunately: I have not had the
chance to call the parties again. I will do so tomorrow.
