Dear Sir,


I spoke with James R. Langford III, Esq., today, after receiving a voicemail
from him Tuesday. His client was out of the country, and he has been unable to
talk to him.  He has just left another message for his client, who usually gets
back to him by now, so he may still be out of the country. I asked that he call
me as soon as he hears from his client.




As for our main office, I spoke with Mercelle Mason today, and her computers
are all up and running. Again, as far as she can tell, check #2213597 in the
amount of $950.00 went out on October 9, 1998.
 




I am calling her back tomorrow: she will know from our bank whether or not that
check was cashed. We will need to stop payment on that check and reissue it if
you still haven't received it by the end of the week.
