Dear Parties:


There are financial issues in this matter that require your immediate
attention.


The compensation and expenses of the arbitrator in this matter to date total
$4,600.02. Therefore, each party's one-third share of arbitrator compensation
and expenses to date is $1,533.34.


The Association has revised the parties' accounts to reflect any credits from
cancellations of previously scheduled hearings/conference calls in this matter.


Therefore, based on the above information, and in accordance with the Rules,
parties are directed to make the following deposits:

  2.   Kevin Weinmann:         $1,120.93

    
  
  3.   Mark G. Foti            $1,120.93




 

Enclosed are your respective AAA Invoice/Statements for easier payment.


Please make your deposit no later than October 1, 1998.


Parties are also requested to advise the Association whether they wish
that we continue to hold this matter in abeyance, proceed with its
administration, or whether they wish to have it withdrawn from
arbitration.  This advice is requested within 14 days from the date of
this letter.


I have taken over administrative responsibility for this arbitration
from Marcela Taylor, who is no longer with the Association. In the
future, please direct all calls, faxes and documentation to me.  Use
the same address and fax number which you used previously; my direct
