Here is a link to the table for the National Science Foundation form we are trying to present in HTML.

Please notice that in the first row, the fields for "Duration" and the one below it for "Proposed" are elongated. "Proposed" should be the same width, as the one next to it "Granted." Internet Explorer (IE) shows these fields correctly. How can we get Netscape to do the same?
