Not sure if I have mentioned it, but most of Communication Metrics is now implemented on the Internet in the Welch web site.

I think it accomplishes a large part of what people have in mind speaking about a "virtual office," a "paperless office" and the "repository of experience." You can see how this works by clicking on the links in this letter.

P.S. Could you at least look at the front end of the POIMS paper in "Publications" on the web site, and let me know what you think about the explanation of "intelligence." Does it work for practical managers to grasp where we are going with technology to help them?
