Following up our

discussion
this morning, here is another quick point on the
Welch  web site.




The home page is simple in order to introduce new ideas gradually.  It has 3
questions, beginning with "What is intelligence?"  You can click on the button
in front of each question for an explanation.




When you indicated having printed all of the material, it seemed that you may
not have recognized that the buttons present more information, which in turn is
linked to sources and background within the meaning of ISO criteria for
"traceability to original sources," and "root cause analysis," so that it would
be a huge job to print the Welch web site.
