Dear Eric,
Responding to your request on April 7, a look at pending action items shows a few issues that might be discussed at future meetings. Some may require initial work by an assigned group to prepare an effective presentation for the full team. This raises the issue of how to make assignments and marshal resources to go forward. Therefore, sponsorship and business model would seem to need early attention. Perhaps the meeting this Thursday can focus on these two subjects, showing how to maintain momentum that Doug, you and others have fought hard to establish.
