Dear Bruce,
Thanks for your letter today with tips on FTP programs, and providing a direct path to expedite solutions to technical snafus. I appreciated hearing about JPS plans for using skill routing for technical support. It is not easy to help a diverse customer base use sophisticated technology. Your leadership is critical.
There was a mixup last night on the amount of usage we have on the JPS server. Based on the number of times welchco has been moved, it is understandable that duplications and commingling may have occurred, as reported by Eric. He planned to write a letter on this today, but may have run into difficulties since we did not hear from him. Our records show we have 50M to 60M. Can JPS take a look and let us know what you are showing.
