Dear Rod,


Sorry for the delay in responding.  As you might imagine, I am currently
receiving more incoming data and action requests than I can effectively respond
to.





In reading the information in your web site and the various letters and
articles you cite, I am anxious for you to develop a tool that is easy to use
and simple to implement.  I'm certain every organization needs this level of
solution.


 


As far as debating the fine points of what is intelligence, etc.  I'm unable to
devote the necessary time for that process until I get these current challenges
under a solution program.


Hutch's football game is in Clayton this Saturday.  Maybe you can make it out.
