Rod,

[Responding to your letter on March 3, 2000...] I am glad to hear that the night crew was able to solve your problems.

In regards to the FTP program, I have heard many good things about WSFTP Pro from customers and employees. I personally use an FTP client called Bulletproof FTP available from...

http://www.bpftp.com/

The latest version is 1.15. It does have a trial period, so you can test it out without payment to see if it meets your needs. One of the features that I really like, is the multi-queueing. You can queue many directories and files from different locations on your hard drive, then hit "GO" and it uploads without your intervention. You can queue the same way on download, and from different ftp sites! Great product.

You sound very calm after waiting on hold for an hour, but I suspect that frustrations were climbing. We have recently moved into a new phone system, and skill based routing. It will take us a short while to get the staffing altered to correctly coincide with the needs of the customers calls. I assure you that a 1 hour wait is not the service that you can expect from us in the future.

If you have needs like this in the future, I would welcome a call from you to my cellular number at ************. Since I know that this response will make it's way to the web in your logging system, (which I thoroughly enjoy and respect) I request that you edit this number and keep it for yourself only.

Thank you-

Sincerely,
