First, please consider changing your mailto: to read like this:

...so that you can tell "where I'm coming from".
But what led me to write is that you mention a brochure here. I would like to see the current version of that brochure and to see the on-line help system. If the best simulation of a tutorial available now is the help, then how do I see it.
In other news, I've gotten very busy with the Apple contract, so my time and attention will be limited for a while. Maybe a month or two. Still I expect to be able to correspond at least daily.
