Major Blechinger
in the late PM.  He plans to visit with you about
follow up.  Please forward this to DDE, since I do not have his email address.


Based on our brief discussion today with

Roger, 
it appears that the work we did in
1997 on construction launch planning for Richmond, can be applied to expedite
planning on Humbolt.  The WBS should be nearly identical.  This
afternoon,

Max indicated
a similar effort is needed for Humbolt.  As you mentioned, this level
of detailed planning needs early attention.
