Thanks for the report on CEMP-EC's review of Communication Metrics.


In our discussion yesterday, you thought it might be possible to check with

Ed Huempfner
on progress reviewing your report issued on Jan 6.  Bob advised
yesterday that there was a

snafu
making distribution, so it could be timely to
see if the IM people have received
the report.


 


Please consider whether it would help to clarify why the cost of
Communication Metrics is so

significant, as set out in your memo.  Since it cost less than $50K to
produce actual and estimated savings in the range of $500K, this points to
potential that is significant to USACE objectives for reducing costs.
