that on Jan 6 he sent his report on Communication
Metrics to Mike Grebinski and to Max.  Jim is sending me a copy later today (if
he remembers after his meeting).


Have you seen Jim's report?


Max may not have seen it because email gets backed up due to limited time.


I will send you a copy, if I get it today.  Could you try to get it from Max,
so we can plan for incorporation into our presentation to Erik and Merry.
Incidentally, do we have an idea about when the
